Main Features

1. Can simulate engine running, starting, acceleration, deceleration, idling, fault detection and diagnosis, fault simulation, etc.
2. Equipped with fault setting module can simulate multiple failures in the real engine.
3. Equipped with voltmeter to show the real-time change of the sensors and actuators
4. Equipped with LED light to simulate the status of the injecting system.
5. Equipped with diagnosis seat which can use a scanner to read the fault codes and data stream of the engine control system through the diagnosis seat.
6. The training panel is printed with the color circuit schematics which makes the students can understand and analyzing the engine control system directly.
7. There are test terminals mounted on the training panel, electrical signal, such as the resistance, voltage, current, frequency, waveform of the sensors, actuators can be measured by multimeter or oscilloscope through the test terminals.
8. Equipped with ignition switches, relays, safety devices, safety shields, flywheels and other rotating parts shields
