Robot cognition, robot manual operation, viewing robot information, robot data backup and recovery, robot I/O communication, robot hardware connection, PLC control, air source device and cylinder, solenoid valve control, manipulator manual control, loading module installation and control, assembly module installation and control, machine detection module installation and control, spray module installation and control, photoelectric sensor detection and adjustment, palletizing module installation and control, robot trajectory motion module installation.
(2) This basic platform mainly completes the following tasks: incoming materials, conveying, palletizing, sorting, assembly, inspection, etc., and is equipped with TCP calibration module and welding (glue coating) trajectory simulation module.
(3) This basic workstation is based on the premise of assembling three workpieces into one product. The material is assembled in the chip assembly mechanism through the incoming material storage unit, and then output to the subsequent process through the conveying device. (4) The materials are stored in the palletizing module, and the robot sorts the materials to the sorting tray. The sorted products are then sent back to the palletizing module by the robot to complete the entire cycle.
