Refrigeration system failure simulator educational equipment vocational training equipment P.N.: GTRT-0019 Picture for reference:
Description Very complete refrigeration system failure simulator intended for professional training, produced from a multi-evaporator refrigeration system operating at different temperatures allowing technicians to be put into a real maintenance situation. The system is open and can generate 25 different anomalies on the refrigeration circuit and the electrical circuit from push-button switches. Tool kits and professional refrigeration maintenance equipment are available as options. Supplied with complete educational operating manual with practical work (TP).
Educational operations The bench allows the following practical work (TP) to be carried out: Simulation of 25 different failures on the refrigeration circuit and the electrical circuit: - Compressor valve fault - Oil separator fault - Overload - Under charge - Check valve leak - Evaporator pressure regulator fault - Thermostatic expansion valve not working - freezer evaporator - Thermostatic expansion valve anomaly - freezer evaporator - Thermostatic expansion valve not working - refrigeration cold room evaporator - Thermostatic expansion valve anomaly - cold freezer evaporator - Positive cold room evaporator suction pipe - frosted - Positive cold room evaporator suction line - frosted - Filter drier restriction - Discharge pressure anomaly - Malfunction of the hot gas defrosting system - Suction pressure too low - reducing the capacity of the evaporator - Suction pressure too high - Phase anomaly - Anomaly on two phases - A disconnected contact set (motor overload protection) - Two sets of disconnected contacts (motor overload protection) - Motor switch box thermal overload protection - Coil anomaly - motor protection - starter box - Thermostatic anomaly - freezing chamber - not working - Thermostatic anomaly - refrigeration chamber - not working Supplied with complete educational operating manual with practical work (TP).
